kanetagouri@gmail.com Bio I'm a twenty-three-year-old pachinko-ball American, born in Orange County California, raised in the middle of Arizona, sometime-resident of Cheshire, England, and living now in Squirrel Hill, Pittsburgh. I'm learning to be a seamstress of strange things. I'm a writer--but that's silly, it's like saying that I breathe, since they're both about as necessary to me. In particular, I write urban fantasy, light science fiction and some(very little)high fantasy. I'm eldest of six fey children, all but the youngest of whom are at least four inches taller than me--and once she hits ten, the baby will be too.
I climb trees, and play the flute, and make a mean lasagna. I read a lot, watch very little television(unless you're counting anime, MST3K and the occasional rented movie), and play too many videogames. I tend to prefer the Final Fantasy and Zelda series. I've read too much to possibly choose one favorite author or book, but I love the Hero and the Crown, The Gift(by Patrick O'Leary...if I could write like him!), and anything by Michael Marshall Smith. Musically, I'm a fan of too many bands and artists to list.
If I was a fantasy creature, I'd be a kitsune; if I were a human being, I'd be a five-foot-two, 130 pound, Filipina-blooded girl with dark brown eyes and stupidly long dark hair that does as it pleases, skin the color of milky coffee and a face and form that seem younger even than they are. As it is, since I am nowhere near you now, I am just a whisper in your ears and a glimmer on your monitor...
